   The MoU aims to establish a cooperative framework for academic, research, training, and skill development programs. It specifies the objectives, obligations, and expected outcomes of the collaboration.

3. Duration and Termination:

   The MoU shall be valid for a predetermined period, typically 3 to 5 years, unless otherwise stated. Either party may terminate the agreement with prior written notice of at least three months, subject to the fulfillment of obligations. The MoU may be extended upon mutual agreement before the expiration date.
