Established in 1956, the Department of Mathematics at Dinabandhu Andrews College, Garia, Kolkata, has been a cornerstone of the institution's academic framework. Affiliated with the University of Calcutta, the department offers undergraduate programs in Mathematics, providing students with a robust foundation in both pure and applied mathematical sciences. The curriculum is designed to encompass a wide range of topics, including algebra, calculus, differential equations, and mathematical modelling, aligning with contemporary academic standards.

The faculty includes Associate Professor Dr. Tarun Pradhan and Assistant Professors Dr. Soumen Shaw, Dr. Tridip Sardar, and Dr. Manik Das, all of whom hold Ph.D. degrees in Mathematics.
