THE APPLICANTS WHO APPEARED AT THE CALLED-UP SESSION AS PER NOTIFICATION NO. DAC/PG/N-8/2016 dt. 02/11/2016 FOR EXPRESSION OF WILLINGNESS FOR ADMISSION BUT DIDN'T GET THE CHANCE FOR ADMISSION TO M.SC. COURSE IN ZOOLOGY (2016-2017), ARE ASKED TO APPEAR AT THE 2ND CALLED-UP SESSION TO EXPRESS THEIR WILLINGNESS FOR ADMISSION AGAINST A FEW NUMBER OF VACANT SEATS ON 21st JANUARY 2017, SATURDAY AT 12:00 NOON AT DINABANDHU ANDREWS COLLEGE Room no. 2. Candidates who are unable to appear in person may send his/her father/mother/guardian with all original testimonials of him/her.
It is important to be noted that Final admission is subjected to the verification of marks and all other relevant documents.
** Obtained marks of candidates from other Universities would be verified on the basis of percentile marks taking into consideration of Full Marks of the subject and therefore the merit position of the candidate may differ from the present merit position published in the list. The name published in the merit list does not ensure the final admission in the said course.
The applicants willing to be admitted to M.Sc. Course in Zoology are asked to note the following before entering the called-up session.
Ø A Merit Panel/List will be prepared from among the willing applicants immediately after the called-up session.
Ø The enlisted candidates will be offered admission in order of merit on the same day therefore they are asked to come prepared for admission in all respect.
Ø The candidates must bring all testimonials and documents in original along with one passport size (3.5 cm x 4.5 cm) and one stamp size (2 cm x 3 cm) recent photographs (same photo) and self authenticated photocopies of all testimonials.
Ø Candidates willing to withdraw his/her admission will be charged a sum of Rs. 200/- (rupees two hundred only) towards the charge of “WITHDRAWAL CERTIFICATE”.
Willing candidates are accordingly asked to note that admission shall be strictly according to merit subject to the fulfillment of all parameters prescribed by the University of Calcutta and availability of seats.
* Fees once paid can not be refunded under any circumstances except caution deposit.
